I have been an active contributor to to many Progressive candidates and causes for several years. Often ActBlue has been the vehicle for these contributions.
However, I have stopped donating via ActBlue because I have not been able to log into my account. I have requested a password reset via the ActBlue website many, many times. I never get the promised email with the reset link. I have left telephone messages at the ActBlue phone # and even reached out to candidates that use AB.
I have called the Democratic National Committee and still no response.
It's frustrating because I want to support these candidates but will not send money to such and unresponsive organization. I know from reading other complaints online that I am not alone in having this problem.

Preferred solution: respond to emails sent via your own website and fix your password reset, ASAP so that I can continue to support Progressive candidates and causes.
