Incorrect donation amount

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally responded and issued a full refund.
Apparently, they're back-logged at Customer Service. I'm just glad they took care of it.
Still no response from Actblue! It's been almost a full week, several emails and leaving a voicemail, and they have not contacted me about a refund. I could have made more donations to the organizations I like to support, but I will never use Actblue again.
You have to leave a message because they don't take live calls. I have left several messages by email and one on their voicemail through you.
As usual, no response.
They are the worst and I will never donate through them again. I need my $70 back!
They charged me for a $70 donation, which I never made. Because of that, and unless I am given a full refund, I will never use actblue again.
They need to be held accountable for their mistake. Use them with intense scrutiny.

I need to speak to them about deleting Marjorie Snells acct. she has been making some payment but she doesnt remember, she has Alzheimers.

Maybe have actual people to talk to instead of all automated system. It took multiple times to converse with a chatbot, which responded with a script for every answer I gave, to get monthly donation canceled.

Its too long a story to type out here, someone from Actblue needs to call me and discuss it with; and if nobody cares to do that then consider that I will no longer be donating a contribution in the future...
Today your inefficiency, cost me my precious time trying to rectify (& unsuccessfully, I may ad) a problem that arose while I was trying to make my online donation ... Yes, I am pissed !

Today, I received a message about changes made to my Wells Fargo credit card ending 9069 for $26 and $6. I had canceled my subscription with ActBlue immediately after the election.
I wonder why. I object to this change.

Resolved: Impossible to get easy information from cable.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Blocked future charges to actblue. I don’t believe they have not taken advantage of donors who intended or thought they were donating once but it was charged as a recurrent donation

Not wanting to make it Monthly
Your ad was not clear about the fact that it was a monthly recurring charge until after I had already made my contribution. I used my credit card because I only wanted to make a one-time donation, not a monthly one.

My husband experiences up to 20 calls a day! He needs to be removed from your list of names! These calls are political.

Resolved: No response to issue
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted ACTBLUE and they responded with updating my email and discontinued the donations that I wanted them to.
I sent a request to update my email and stop recurring donations on 11/13/24. I have not gotten a response.

CINDY K DIB!!! ACTBLUE IS A ''NONPARTISAN'' scam operation.
They also collect an almost 4% fee for each transaction that is taken out of your DONATION.
They do not support anyone except their own PROFITS! I RECOMMEND A COMPLAINT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE.
