New credit card

I haven't been able to change my credit card number for several days. I was directed to Get Human but they haven't solved the problem.

So I tried to donate to a candidate knowing I would be told the old card was declined and would be asked to submit my new number. I submitted the new Visa number but I still have trouble donating because the site won't go past a certain point. I am VERY FRUSTRATED!!! It seems to me that customer service is a big problem!!!

I want to submit a new Visa card number and I want to donate!!! PLEASE help solve this problem.

The many candidates that rely on Act Blue are losing out.
