ActBlue is not easily available to discuss issues I have with the distribution of funds. They do not make it easy to obtain this information.

I have notified Act Blue Express to stop all automatic donations. They still continue taking them out of my account!
I have notified Act Blue through the website. They said they would stop donations, monthly ones I did not sign for.
They're still taking them out of my account! Cancel my Act Blue account completely.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Rep responded to my problem ticket with an apology, full refund and possible explanation of the cause.
I made a $50 donation through PayPal on February 1. I then received receipts from ActBlue for two additional $50 donations on February 4 and February 5 that I did not make.
I was unable to contact anyone through the ActBlue customer service phone number, so I submitted a complaint and request for reimbursement online. I have had no response.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally understood my concern, and refunded $250.
Money taken out on 2/25/25. Act Blue told immediately that too much money taken out. THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME!!!
On 3/3/25 left message with act blue.
Told them that I was an FDR Democrat, but now I'm an INDEPENDANT!!!

Somehow the decimal was entered bit when amount posted it was not 36.00, but $3600. I immediately called PayPal and told them not to charge me that or pay it.
Was told it would have to post. I told my bank and Citibank not to pay. Now, since Oct 9, PayPal is holding the money and only Asian agents talk to me with no resolution. Citibank tells me they are going to have to withdraw the money in two days.
I will then miss my mortgage payment, heat and grocery budgets. Can you do anything from your end? Delete my name and email from donor requests: send smail requests.
I will never donate through PayPal again. Tell Bernie I said hello.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally responded and issued a full refund.
Apparently, they're back-logged at Customer Service. I'm just glad they took care of it.
Still no response from Actblue! It's been almost a full week, several emails and leaving a voicemail, and they have not contacted me about a refund. I could have made more donations to the organizations I like to support, but I will never use Actblue again.
You have to leave a message because they don't take live calls. I have left several messages by email and one on their voicemail through you.
As usual, no response.
They are the worst and I will never donate through them again. I need my $70 back!
They charged me for a $70 donation, which I never made. Because of that, and unless I am given a full refund, I will never use actblue again.
They need to be held accountable for their mistake. Use them with intense scrutiny.

No human service
Maybe have actual people to talk to instead of all automated system. It took multiple times to converse with a chatbot, which responded with a script for every answer I gave, to get monthly donation canceled.

Its too long a story to type out here, someone from Actblue needs to call me and discuss it with; and if nobody cares to do that then consider that I will no longer be donating a contribution in the future...
Today your inefficiency, cost me my precious time trying to rectify (& unsuccessfully, I may ad) a problem that arose while I was trying to make my online donation ... Yes, I am pissed !

Today, I received a message about changes made to my Wells Fargo credit card ending 9069 for $26 and $6. I had canceled my subscription with ActBlue immediately after the election.
I wonder why. I object to this change.

I quit PayPal decades ago. I used it once and it was a disaster. Remember WHO owns this company.
No one particular person owns PayPal. Its owned by shareholders.
If you are trying to say Elon Musk does, he doesn't. He sold his shares in 2002.
