Actblue

This app is very difficult. I have gone through and described the erroneous $2000 donation that shouldve been $20 over and over again.

When I saw the air at the end where it said I was gonna make a $2000 donation.

I did not hit send because I knew I did not want to make a $2000 donation when I intended to make a $20 donation. This has really stressed me out And I find it very difficult to try and correct the Air whereas its very difficult to give Act Blue money but now its very difficult to get this error corrected.

Initially, I thought my donations had been changed from "One Time" to "Monthly" because a dozen or more had been charged again. After a reply from Act Blue, these were apparently refunds (I checked and they were--I mis-read them as charges).

But the rejected donations/refunds were supposedly because they came from an IP address out of the country and I live in Tn with a local IP address.

So, while I am glad these were refunds an not charges, I don't understand the IP address problem. I am waiting for an explanation, but I would rather AB be cautious, rather than sloppy.

ACT Blue rejected numerous donations I made around the same time in November. The explanation seemed like a formulaic response--ie, they chose the most appropriate box available. To their credit, they did refund my donations, but again, the explanation doesn't make sense.

My understanding is that they thought my donation came from and IP address outside of the USA, but it is in Tennessee, so I asked for a further explanation and have not received one.

I never agreed to ongoing charges, and they continue debiting my account every 3 weeks. They do not answer phones. I donated once or twice, and then this nightmare began.

I need to talk to an actual person. In the future, if you are holding an event, it would be a great idea to have someone available to talk with on the day of the event. If you, as the Democratic Party, ever want my money or support again, call me at 712-260-****; otherwise, I'll be voting red!

They gave my information out and I have been ceaselessly barraged with messages asking for political donations

No answer to my inquiry. I need more information; I could not reach anyone through the phone number given to me.

So I donated some money to a worthy cause through Actblbue. Ever since, they've been spamming my text app every.single.day.

You can reply stop, you can block the number, but the next day they'll just spam you again from a different number.

I contacted them and asked them to stop, and they just gave me a song and dance about how they shared my number with their partners. I don't remember giving them permission to do that.

Every time you spam me I'll donate $20 to the Republican Party in your name. Can you hear me now?

There are several individuals with access to our account that needs to be removed and I need help removing them and assuring that this issue has been resolved. Need some professional help.

I made a $5 donation to Vote Vets and was charged $250. I did not authorize that $250 amount. Please cancel the $250.

Line just kept beeping. None said anything to me.

Then I was questioned as to whether my question was resolved. This was not at all helpful.

You are very adapt at messaging for donations and hidden asks on other sites. I want Actblue completely off my devices and to quit sending any type of messages. Thanks

This has nothing to do with the operation of this company. The reason for my cancellation is that my husband has passed, and I don't have the funds any longer.

They continue to capture anything I try to contribute. I want my name and all records expunged by these parasites so I can contribute INDEPENDENTLY!!

No one ever answered my call. NOTHING was resolved. This organization is predatory and I want a return call!
