I had to close my account because there was money taken out every week . I checked the box for one time only. So disappointed!

I called and left multiplexing AND followed their instructions and sent emails.
I DID NOT sign up for reoccurring donations.
I was billed once after requesting they stop and had to call Am. Express to close them down.

Cancel my donation
I did not agree to a monthly donation. The ActBlue Federal keeps taking money from my credit card every month.

Donation
Somehow the decimal was entered bit when amount posted it was not 36.00, but $3600. I immediately called PayPal and told them not to charge me that or pay it.
Was told it would have to post. I told my bank and Citibank not to pay. Now, since Oct 9, PayPal is holding the money and only Asian agents talk to me with no resolution. Citibank tells me they are going to have to withdraw the money in two days.
I will then miss my mortgage payment, heat and grocery budgets. Can you do anything from your end? Delete my name and email from donor requests: send smail requests.
I will never donate through PayPal again. Tell Bernie I said hello.

Resolved: Unauthorized change to my credit card
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Got mail saying that future payment canceled
Today, I received a message about changes made to my Wells Fargo credit card ending 9069 for $26 and $6. I had canceled my subscription with ActBlue immediately after the election.
I wonder why. I object to this change.

Resolved: Spam and not reporting my donations to the Harris campaign
Total spam, not counting and reporting my donations to the Harris Campaign, being harassed by texts and emails, with no way to directly speak to the company. I will need to report and dispute this company.

Recurring charges not authorized.
After making one donation, Act Blue sets up recurring donations that are not authorized. My credit card company considers the recurring charges to be my fault, but they are not.

No response for donation charge I didn't make
Still no response from Actblue! It's been almost a full week, several emails and leaving a voicemail, and they have not contacted me about a refund. I could have made more donations to the organizations I like to support, but I will never use Actblue again.
You have to leave a message because they don't take live calls. I have left several messages by email and one on their voicemail through you.
As usual, no response.
They are the worst and I will never donate through them again. I need my $70 back!
I am so furious at actblue. I have been contacting them for days and they have never responded.
They charged me for a $70 donation, which I never made. Because of that, and unless I am given a full refund, I will never use actblue again.
They need to be held accountable for their mistake. Use them with intense scrutiny.

Refund on cancelled recurring payment
I was not able to cancel a recurring payment as it was linked to an old email address. Therefore, I contacted ActBlue via email.
They assured me that it was cancelled and provided receipts. However, another payment was subsequently charged.
My inquiries were blocked. I called and left a message; they refunded the payment again.

Unauthorized donations taken out of my bank acvount
Taking money from my account without permission: I live on a very little income and having funds taken without my authorization is not good. During the election, I always donated what I could, but now, twice I have been overdrawn because of illegal donations taken from my account.
Please return all donations taken since the end of the election. Thank you.

I canceled my donations, and you illegally withdrew funds anyway. Cease and desist all further withdrawals or I will be forced to take legal action. Also, I am changing my political affiliation to Independent!

Too many withdrawals from my bank account
This is incorrect. I have filled out forms already; stop asking me what the complaint is about.
It is about unauthorized donations being taken out of my bank account by debit cards. Please return all money that was taken since the election is over.

Stop contract
I voted, did my part. I have given every month to Act Blue and more than once.
I gave to Campaign Presidents, Governors, Senators, you name it. I need my money now. I live on disability. During Hurricane Milton, my roof came off my porch.
FEMA is giving me $300!
I can't get men to even climb a ladder for a day for that amount! I need my money.

Overcharged five times today
I made a $40 contribution this morning as I've been making weekly contributions when funds permit. I was promptly charged three times so I was overcharged by $80.
I interacted with their AI on their website, requesting the $80 be refunded to my Visa card. An hour later I was charged another $80, for a total of $160 in overcharges!
There is no human being that will interact with you and at this point, I will be calling my credit card company to charge back all the donations that I've made this month. Whoever manages the processing for ACT Blue is destroying their reputation and the motivation to donate to campaigns.

To stop unauthorized charges
This is the second time I know of where they were unauthorized charges. There may be more than that.
This latest statement has four charges totaling $97 that were not made by anyone here. I want to cancel any connection with Act Blue and and not have unauthorized charges again.
