This is the second time Ive had to contact Act Blue to remove my name and phone number from your solicitation/donor list.
When I make a donation every democrats in the country starts sending me emails and texts.
No wonder people complain about democrat fund raising, stop sharing our contact with every candidate out there. Why not limit it to at least those in our state or federal candidates, maybe then people wouldnt hate yall so much.

Why do you lie to the American public, telling them that social security is in danger just to raise money! This is an outright lie!
Social security is not in danger. Musk is only trying to get rid of the fraud and waste. All these threats by the democrats is for the purpose of raising money! The Dems are all done.
They have no agenda except for HATE! Very sad.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally understood my concern, and refunded $250.
Money taken out on 2/25/25. Act Blue told immediately that too much money taken out. THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME!!!
On 3/3/25 left message with act blue.
Told them that I was an FDR Democrat, but now I'm an INDEPENDANT!!!

I didnt understand when I signed up. That I would continuously get solicitations for money.
I truly thought I would be getting only requests for my opinions. The idea that you would be sharing my contact information with others, never occurred to me! Also the fact that those campaigns cant be stopped. From sending me requests for money.
Because they just get the contact information from you.
It is also extremely irritating. That these seemingly, up front, are only for opinions. But are just fronts for solutions of donations.
IS JUST PLAIN WRONG, BECAUSE ITS DECEPTIVE! I get that businesses want to sell their products & services.
HOWEVER THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A SIMPLE WAY TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION & STOP YOU FROM SHARING MY CONTACT INFORMATION!
HOW DO I GET YOU TO STOP SHARING &/or SENDING MY CONTACT INFORMATION WITH ANYONE OR ANYTHING?

Apparently, they're back-logged at Customer Service. I'm just glad they took care of it.
Still no response from Actblue! It's been almost a full week, several emails and leaving a voicemail, and they have not contacted me about a refund. I could have made more donations to the organizations I like to support, but I will never use Actblue again.
You have to leave a message because they don't take live calls. I have left several messages by email and one on their voicemail through you.
As usual, no response.
They are the worst and I will never donate through them again. I need my $70 back!
They charged me for a $70 donation, which I never made. Because of that, and unless I am given a full refund, I will never use actblue again.
They need to be held accountable for their mistake. Use them with intense scrutiny.

I need to speak to them about deleting Marjorie Snells acct. she has been making some payment but she doesnt remember, she has Alzheimers.
No human service
Maybe have actual people to talk to instead of all automated system. It took multiple times to converse with a chatbot, which responded with a script for every answer I gave, to get monthly donation canceled.
