I made a donation. So far they have not charged me more than once.

However, I want my record deleted from their database. I have emailed twice with no response. I called once. You cannot reach a real person, you are redirected to use their web site.

I left a message to be called back, but that was only moments ago, so they have one last chance to redeem themselves. I used the credit card part of the site to check my past donation (actblue.com/cc) and the info is correct as was the credit card bill itself - so far. However, there is no way to access my data to delete or change anything on any part of ActBlue's web site that I can find. When I attempted to use the "Support" feature on the "cc" page, it froze.

It is blatantly obvious that these people do not want you to reach them. In my experience, that behavior is always associated with being ripped off.

I have one friend who uses them with no issues and another who was double billed. My advice - donate directly to your cause.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Delete my records in their database.
